Customer Service Coordinator

Enderby, Leicestershire

£18,000 plus bonus

Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 (flexible)

This Customer Service role is key to offering and delivering the best customer service and sales support in the Market. We’re proactive and proud to say we’ve built solid, long-lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.

This role will be all about keeping in touch with customers via all methods of communication- Phone, Email etc.

You’ll be tasked with customer retention and business growth. Working closely with, and building relationships with, all other business departments.

You’ll need high attention to detail, be confident talking to people,  producing accurate quotes and tenders is a key part of the role.
