Digital Product Designer, UI / UX Designer - £55,000 Per Annum

This fabulous publishers is looking for a Digital Product Designer (UI / UX Designer) to join their product and design team where you’ll be building digital products.

Working as part of a multi-disciplined product team (designers, product manager, delivery manager, frontend engineers, CTO and other engineers) you will contribute to new projects (inception and user research through to development and launch); Conduct design walkthroughs, user research, developing best practices, and improving their design system and processes; Creating designs in an iterative way, contributing to an ever-expanding component library whilst addressing complex user problems; Turning designs into fully fledged user interfaces and experiences!

• Strong experience working in UX/UI of digital products both mobile and desktop.
• Ability to produce sketches, wireframes, prototypes.
• Design systems/component-based design approaches understanding.
• Comfortable conducting user research and testing.
• Champion best design practices.
• Excellent layout and typography skills
• Proficient in using Adobe XD, or happy to transition from other design tools like Figma or Sketch
• Knowledge of cross-platform digital design principles and accessibility
