We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well established clients who are looking to grow their telesales team. They are a well reputed company offering security solutions to UK businesses. Due to growth in the sales team, there is an opening in the Crewe offices. The main function of the role will be making appointments for the field sales representatives.


I am therefore in search of an experienced and motivated telesales executive to help further establish our lead generation team. This is a fantastic opportunity based at our new Crewe office, within a small team of 8-10, in a convenient central location.

The role

  • Generate leads and opportunities for the sales team
  • Approach SME business owners and decision makers via the telephone and email to arrange appointments
  • Conduct a free security audit to assess their current provision, and offer a range of security solutions bringing improved management control and efficiency for their business
  • Work towards targets and KPI’s
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Keep the company database up to date and record all relevant information


The ideal candidate

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in an outbound phone-based role – please do not apply if you don’t have this experience
  • Successful track record of working to targets and KPI’s
  • Resilient and hungry for success
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Motivated, hard-working, and resilient
  • Confident personality who is keen to build rapport with clients on a daily basis

 

Package and benefits include:

  • Basic salary £18-20k dep. on exp –and uncapped commission with no minimum threshold, realistic OTE of between £26k-£30k

Hours & Location:

Flexible between 8am & 6pm Mon-Thurs and 8am & 4pm Fri, no weekend work. For 35 hours a week.
