Job Description:

IT Service Manager needed for this world class global technology business. Leading a team of service desk and incident management specialists the role involves delivering an exceptional level of customer service and support to their client base.

They operate a 24/7 365 environment, and this role is shift based

Responsibilities are broad and include managing all aspects of a service desk team, including line management, SLA & KPI management, strategy, maintaining continuity across shift teams and managing the capture of support tickets and ensuring all issues are managed, updated and escalated whilst managing clients expectations through the process.

The right person will have operated in a leadership role in an operations centre, managing Major Incident & Service Desk Teams with significant experience in Change, Major Incident and Problem Management in an ITIL environment.

First class communication skills and a real commitment to delivering world class customer service are vital as is an ability to build solid relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
