You’ve been in commercial Marketing for a few years now, driving traffic, generating leads, developing social media campaigns, you’re great at this! 


Devising strategy, developing brand image, and working with sales team to drive new customer acquisition, you’ve done this all before.  

 

Somethings missing though. You’re looking for more independence, more say so and control, and to work somewhere with great people and tons of energy!

What If I told you, there is an opportunity here to join a growing SaaS Software company and head up the entire marketing function as their first dedicated marketer? 

 

They’re a small-ish company who provide Multi-Channel eCommerce solutions.  

In other words – their platform let’s businesses of any size, any industry, sell across loads of online marketplaces all at the same time. Be it a cake shop, an antiques dealer, a retailer, selling across Amazon, eBay, Magneto, you name it, you don’t need to log into each account because it’s all centralised on their platform. It basically saves you a shed load of time and money!  

 

And what’s your role?  

 

You’ll be doing the whole A-Z of marketing.  

 

This won’t just be running some tired ‘copy-and-paste' campaigns and creating pretty, branded posts, you’ll be strategic and well-researched, understanding the audience demographic and creating strategic campaigns to gain traffic and leads. 

You’ll be keeping on top of news and trends in the industry, creating blogs, using whatever creative skills you have to build content (with support if your design skills aren’t your strength!) whilst building their brand identity and spreading awareness of the business across their target customers. 

 

The goal is to drive inbound lead generation and double revenue within the next 3 years – targeting high-value enterprise customers who they already have a lot of success with.  

 

There is so much for you to get stuck into, you’ll have the opportunity here to take ownership, be proactive and independent in your work – whilst surrounded by a fun, forward thinking team.  

 

It’s paying between £25k and £30k basic, but if you’re looking for a little more and this sounds like you, do still apply! They may stretch the salary for the right person.  

They’re looking for passion, dedication, and drive – as cliché as that might be – you’ll need to be as positive as the rest of the squad they have there!  

 

They’re based in Nottingham and will want you in the office weekly, but they can offer remote work. You’ll need to be pretty immersed in the business at first to truly understand their brand and culture, but remote working is still available to you, especially later down the line when you’re up and running!
