We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Professional to assist a busy team based in Kembrey Park, Swindon.  Main duties will include.

• To reach and exceed all key departmental targets in sales and customer service.
• To demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all products, services and polices.
• Identify customer needs effectively in order to maximize sales and offer the very best customer service.

• Prompt and accurate processing of sales orders.

• Deliver a prompt and excellent spoken and written service.
• Uphold the customer service culture and brand image.

• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism.

This position is an immediate start and ongoing until January 2022.

Hours:

Monday to Friday – 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

Saturday – working 2 in 4 – 9.30 am to 3.30 pm

Pay:

£10.00 per hour plus commission.
