We have an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Assistant to join a global brand based in Nottingham. In this new and diverse role you will have the opportunity to support the busy sales and marketing team in a variety of tasks. This is a really exciting time to join the company, which has achieved significant growth over the last two years.

This role represents a real opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop new skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. The role is full time and staff are able to work 2 days a week from home as standard.

The duties for the E-Commerce Assistant will include, but are not limited to;

• Process orders that come through the e-commerce platforms.
• Process orders from initial entry, through to dispatch and invoicing
• Provide a high level of customer service via phone & email by answering all customer queries.
• Update and maintain product descriptions on e-commerce platforms.
• Uploading banners to web pages
• Reporting using Google Analytics
• Tracking spend
• Responsible for products displays and promotion set ups
• Other marketing tasks when and if required.

The ideal E-Commerce Assistant will possess the following skills:

• Basic knowledge of/interest in e-commerce marketing and pricing principles.
• Knowledge of  website design principles, Google Analytics, Excel, CSS and HTML is desirable
• Understanding of website analysis with Google Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive and can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn new things, and problem-solving skills
