Account Manager or Account Executives

Our client is a leading name in the direct mail, transactional mail and digital print market. Due to continued growth with key clients, they are looking to add new members to the account management team.

You will project manage and maintain ownership of ongoing print work, DM orders and product sourcing from enquiry to invoice.  You will act as your client’s representative within the company and provide exceptional customer service at all times. Help build long-term beneficial relationships, by communicating effectively both internally and externally.

This role requires significant experience in professional client relationship management and requires a full awareness of the customer journey processes and techniques in print, direct mail, transactional mail, and digital platforms.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Quoting, converting, and booking in direct mail fulfilment campaigns, whilst being always the key point of contact for the customer
  • Responsible for managing the order from quotation to invoice
  • Regular contact with existing customers to develop the spend, frequency of use and profitability for the company under the guidance of the Account Director
  • Using own initiative to maximise the gross profit margin of all customer jobs
  • Going the extra mile to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention
  • Closely working with production colleagues to ensure job information is entered correctly and run smoothly to adhere to deadlines
  • To assist within the client services department to offer support within the team
  • Support your Account Director through assisting with the administration associated with your team’s customer accounts, including but not limited to, quoting customers, booking jobs in, dealing with queries, following up on quotations to seek the order, keeping Salesforce accurate and any other ad hoc duties and paperwork required
  • Creating samples packs for potential clients
  • Maintaining and developing own knowledge within the industry to support your own progression
  • Proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance customer experience
