Job Description:

Business Process Analyst required for a 9 month FT contract based in North Hampshire, working inside of IR35 for a high profile financial services organisation, paying up to £500 per day.

As Business Process Analyst you'll be working within a local Business Process Management function to identify, define, and lead initiatives that drive a culture of Continuous Improvement, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all aspects of our business. You'll support Governance, and the development of the Process Landscape, and the assess processes for suitability for Robotic Process Automation.

Support the implementation of a programme to develop a culture of Continuous Improvement at SF1-UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business process improvements and change to simplify processes, mitigate risks, reduce costs, and increase efficiency to support the company strategy and objectives.
  • Support, influence and motivate associates to continually seek business improvement opportunities through improvement
  • Work closely with all business areas (including key suppliers) to assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement and / or automation through the use of Robotic Process Automation and their relative return on investment.
  • Support the Process Governance framework across SF1-UK, including the development of the Process Landscape, assessment of As Is and To Be state processes, and conduct quality assurance assessments on procedural documentation.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Essential Recognised Process Improvement Certification (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)
  • Degree level qualified or equivalent - relevant degree or comparable experience which demonstrates critical thinking.
  • Track record of successfully delivering business process improvement and change in a financial services environment.
  • Experience in facilitating process mapping for the capture of both current and future state business processes.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise with strong self-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.

This role is start ASAP, working inside of IR35 paying up to £500 per day.
