An exceptional independent Estate Agent with a quality reputation is looking for a PA and Accounts Administrator to work alongside the Director providing support with the day to day running of a busy operation. 

As PA and Accounts Administrator to the Director you will provide support to them with fulfilling their responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the business through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support.

As PA and Accounts Administrator you will be expected to:

  • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that tasks, such as, reports, incoming post and correspondence, management of diary/meetings schedule and email, etc., are dealt with efficiently
  • Be able to communicate, liaise and guide the branch team where necessary 
  • Manage arrangements for meetings, travel, social events, etc
  • Ensure office maintenance, cleaning, stationary supplies are managed 
  • Writing letters, memos, Reports, schedules, etc., follow up and collate responses if required
  • Manage all branch accounts administration in relation to income and expenditure, bank reconciliation and month end reporting in readiness for submission to the business accountants
What you'll need for the role of PA and Accounts Administrator: 

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience of working in a PA role previously
  • Have accounts administrative experience, preferably using Sage or similar accountancy software
  • It would be beneficial to have a background or good understanding of Estate Agency
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs and a good standard of written English. Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided
  • Self–disciplined, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities
  • Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Team player, supportive of colleagues yet sharp and confident
  • Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Excellent telephone skills.
