Customer Support Officer needed in Birmingham £9.3ph ref:356165

This role will involve:

  • To interview members of the public on the telephone and in the office as appropriate and complete relevant documentation to include the assessment of requirements, identifying needs and options available,
  • To be responsible for the complete discharge of housekeeping and associated systems for the service.
  • To input and retrieve information onto computerized systems, e.g. Microsoft Office Package, Assure and Northgate systems.
  • Production of routine correspondence for service users and elected members relating to private sector housing and related matters.
  • Establish and maintain effective systems both manually and computerized including interrogation of databases and production of non-standard reports.
  • Production of standard correspondence for service users and elected members of private sector housing and related matters.
  • To arrange and attend meetings as required which can include taking minutes and the production of minutes.
  • To assist in the production and collation of statistical data for the business unit.
