You will succeed in this role if..

• You have solid experience with Go (if not, fluency in another backend programming language and the willingness to learn Go)
• You ideally have 6+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• You have led or mentored teams.
• You translate ideas to end-to-end delightful experiences.
• It would be amazing if you understood the HR/recruiting tech space.
• You think about systems and services and write high quality code.
• You can collaborate with other teams to come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving problems.
• You can break down tricky topics in writing and verbally.
• You will help to build a company inclusive culture and shape their future.
