A Service Delivery Manager is required to join a leading retailer on a permanent basis to be primarily based remotely with 1-2 days a week in Yeovil, Somerset.

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the management of IT Services interfacing into an enterprise scale business unit. You will have responsibility for a number of critical IT services managing both internal and external stakeholders up to board level. You will proactively look to develop and improve the service offering keeping to set SLAs and ensuring the business is getting the required services. You will work within a multi-supplier outsourced environment and play a key role in the introduction of new services when the come through.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager with a ITIL V4 certification. You will have worked closely with a wide variety of stakeholder groups and regularly had to liaise with board members in order to get the job done. You will have worked within a fast paced challenging customer environment and have proven tangible examples of overcoming obstacles to improve IT service delivery into different business units.

The role is to start in December 2021 paying in the region of £55,000 - £65,000 dependant on experience.
