German fluent Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Generating qualified appointments with key partners who have decision making authority.
  • Maintaining a sales funnel of high-value leads which meet BANT criteria.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and lead sources through the qualification process.
  • Maximizing territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, identifying needs, and demand creation.
  • Generating new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Converting leads to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with the company's solutions which differentiate company from competitors.
  • Maintaining the CRM for opportunity and contact management is fully compliant with company’s sales processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in new business sales, including selling software solutions.
  • Territory and contact management skills.
  • Consultative and solution selling skills.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Computing.
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
  • Experience working effectively both independently and in team-based environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to understand products in-depth and communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Experience establishing new business and setting appointments.
  • Fluent level German language skills and fluent English skills
  • Experience with outbound/inbound prospecting, lead generation, high volume phone sales
  • Territory and contact management skills.
  • Consultative and solution selling skills.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Computing.
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
  • Experience working effectively both independently and in team-based environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
