Our client provides end to end customer communication solutions including e-billing, document composition, transactional mail and document management to a range of clients in financial services and utilities. Due to growth they have a unique opportunity within their client services team who will be the main point of liaison for the delivery of a range of client’s communication needs.

They are looking for someone who has excellent client facing skills coupled with strong organisational abilities in order to provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and as a result will display great stakeholder management qualities and will deliver on business objectives and SLAs in line with our client’s expectations.

The client services manager is a fast-paced role where you will oversee the interaction with our client and require the ability to guide them on the best way to achieve success within their required communication services, on this basis a high-level understanding on a technical basis would be advantageous. This role will also require underlying skills in client management / project management with the willing to develop more in this area.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Working with the client to understand their requirements and create clear and concise briefs for the internal teams to see work through end to end.
• Facilitate agreed governance with the client including weekly meetings to discuss current workloads/projects and preparing reports on delivery performance and presenting at quarterly meetings.
• Manage the relationship of their assigned Clients in relation to the delivery of Communication based services
• Ensure all billing for clients is completed accurately monthly whilst continually monitoring cash collection performance reports from our finance team

What will you bring to the role?

This role is client facing but requires you to be able to have full oversight of your clients activity which is where organisational skills come in. A blend of project management experience with some technical skills would supplement this role well, as there are elements of the job were you will be required to take an analytical approach to ensure predetermined levels of service are upheld.

Other Key Skills Required For The Role Include

• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects or change requests
• Ideally experience within print, direct mail, transactional mail, print management or electronic based customer communications is a nice to have 
• Experience dealing with clients in the wealth management sector would be a plus
• Previous experience of working in a client facing role is essential for this position alongside demonstrable interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically with clients and other key stakeholders
• A strong desire to understand your assigned client’s business environment and motivation
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to new technology
• Financial / commercial understanding
