Job Description:
Our client is a leading provider of technology, communications, information and entertainment products. They are looking for driven Business Development (Sales) Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Generating qualified appointments with key partners who have decision making authority.
- Maintaining a sales funnel of high value leads which meet BANT criteria.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and lead sources through the qualification process.
- Maximizing territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, identifying needs, and demand creation.
- Generating new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals.
- Converting leads to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with the company's solutions which differentiate the company from competitors.
- Maintaining the CRM for opportunity and contact management is fully compliant with the company’s sales processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Experience in new business sales, including selling software solutions.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Territory and contact management skills.
- Consultative and solution selling skills.
- Working knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Computing.
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
- Experience working effectively both independently and in team-based environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to understand products in-depth and communicate their benefits to customers.
- Experience establishing new business and setting appointments.
Salary: 30k base + 20k commission
