Job Title: Hospitality Tutor/Trainer (AEB)
 
Location: Hampshire 

Salary: £24,300 - £28,300

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
• Must hold as a minimum a level 3 qualification in Hospitality.
• Experience of delivering classroom based learning.
• Must hold solid occupational competency within Hospitality.
• Qualified with either Functional Skills to level 2 in English and Maths or GCSE equivalents. 
• Must be IT Literate.
• Must be flexible with travel.
  
  

• Delivering Hospitality (Levels 1/2) qualifications as part of our clients AEB provision
• Your caseload will consist of both employed and unemployed learners and delivery will be via a blended learning approach (remote and classroom based). 
• Delivering Functional Skills in Maths and English (Levels 1/2)
• Undertake initial assessments for each learner and devise individual action plans to include SMART targets. 
• Work closely with the course development team and contribute to the design of learning materials.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
