Early Years Special Needs Teaching Assistant

An “Outstanding” Primary school is looking for a knowledgeable Early Years Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support their outstanding and inclusive Reception cohort. Your role will be to support a child with autism who also has an educational health care plan. The child in question has a lack of comprehension and is struggling with social and communication.  You will be encouraging and providing opportunities for the pupil to develop within this area with support from the Outstanding Teacher and Special Needs Co-ordinator. Moreover, your role will involve some general TA responsibilities and taking groups for more focused support. Early Years experience is essential for this role.
