Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Manager - London - £70,000

Pearson Carter are currently working with a Global End user based in the London who are looking to recruit a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Manager.

This company is continuously growing and therefore they are currently looking for a CRM Manager to maintain and enhance their CRM system in line with business processes.  

Responsibilities:

• Adapt Dynamic 365 in line with business process changes.
• Actively seek to make efficient improvements to existing processes using Dynamic 365.
• Use Power BI to build reports on existing processes.
• Build relationships throughout the business and work with stake holders to build system processes.
• Customisation and Configuration of D365 CE 

Experience:

• Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Automate and Power BI.
• End to end project life cycle experience including customisation and configuration 
• Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisation skill and the ability to prioritise workload.
• Experienced in process mapping skills.

Salary

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000.

Location

This role offers Hybrid working with travel to site in London 2 times per week.
