Profile

The successful Production Operative will have experience working in a manufacturing company any industries would be considered. You will understand the importance of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and be able to adhere to Standard Operating Processes (SOP). The Production operative will have a high attention to detail, have great interpersonal skills and have the drive to develop themselves further.

The Role

As Production Operative, your main duties will include but not be limited to:

• Working at the end of the production line packing the finished product
• Running the machines and learning how to maintain them
• Working to Standard Operating Processes, completing all relevant paperwork
• Excellent communication skills, naturally accountable and be highly motivated

This is a role with great opportunity to progression the future. You will go through a training programme.
