There is a defined program so that as you learn more your pay rate will increase

Double days

Week One      6-2 Monday to Thursday Friday 6-11am

Week two        2-10 Monday to Thursday Friday 11am - 4pm

Profile

• The successful Warehouse Operative should have experience working in a manufacturing company other industries would be considered.
• You should have good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Be flexible to meet the demands of the business.
• Need to understand the importance of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and be able to adhere to Standard Operating Processes (SOP).
• As warehouse operative you should have a attention to detail, have great interpersonal skills and have the drive to develop themselves further.

The Role

As Warehouse Operative, your main duties will include but not be limited to:

• Working at the end of the production line packing the finished product
• Running the machines and learning how to maintain them
• Working to Standard Operating Processes, completing all relevant paperwork
• Excellent communication skills, naturally accountable and be highly motivated

This is a role with great opportunity to progression the future. You will go through a training programme.
