This is our flagship site- we want you to be a part of it! We have been around for quite a while, but we are still certainly going places. This is not an easy role, you will be based out of our distribution site which puts you in a great position to work in front of the senior members of our business. We are looking for an ambitious Engineering Manager to join our established, fast paced manufacturing facility. A culture of forward-thinking preventative maintenance has been established on site- so a keen interest in planned maintenance and CMMS systems would be valuable. An interest in budgetary control and departmental development and growth is essential.

Operating out of a world class facility, we will give you all the training and support you need to take the reins with this maintenance team of more than 10 experienced engineers- all we ask for is dedication and commitment. We can provide stability and security in uncertain times.

Job Duties:

• Support, mentor and guidance with maintenance team
• Planned and reactive maintenance scheduling for plant machinery
• Great communication amongst team members and collaboration with other engineers
• Budgetary control of the department
• Managing OEE

We need:

• Management experience
• Electrical Engineering experience
• Engineering qualifications (essential)
• A similar industry at a minimum is essential
