Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00

To continue the growth and expansion of our clients company they are seeking a Composite Trimmer/Bonder to join their team.

They are a manufacturer of carbon fibre and composite components incorporating design, machining and coating, at their facility in Norwich. They serve a broad spectrum of industry sectors which includes Defence, Automotive, Sport & Leisure, Communications, Alternative Energy, Marine, Medical and Motorsport, as well as a growing in-house product development capability.

As part of this role you will be working with Pre-Preg carbon fibre composite materials which will include:

• Trimming of varied parts
• Use of Air Tools/Air drill/Diamond Cutting tools
• Ability to read detailed engineering drawings
• Bonding/Assembling of a variety of different parts/shapes and sizes
• Finishing parts - preparing parts for coating

You will also be responsible for maintaining the company's high standards as well as following precise manufacturing instructions.

Applicants for the role of Composite Trimmer/Bonder must have the following demonstrable qualities:

• Composites experience is preferred
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Have a can do, positive attitude
• Must conform to our company ethos
• Exemplary attendance
