Caretaker based in West London and the pay rate is £12.48ph

This is a full time temporary role.

The successful candidate will assist with proactively working to create and maintain safe, clean and attractive estates for our residents.

The successful candidate will conduct regular inspections of all communal parts, internal and external in accordance with the agreed schedules, frequencies, methods and/or as required which, not exclusively will include: Inspection of cleaning to all communal staircases, foyers, balconies, courtyards, passages, car parks, hard areas, chute chamber rooms, and refuse storage rooms, lift car floors and walls, lampshades, state signs estate furniture and other such communal fixtures and fittings as may be prescribed.

They will be required to promptly report any communal repairs to the Customer Services Centre, using the devices provided as appropriate to ensure effective recording of cases. Effective monitoring of on-going communal repairs, ensuring repairs are completed within given timescales and will provide reasonable assistance, access, advice and direction to all internal and external stakeholders undertaking official duties on the estate, e.g. members of the police, utility companies, contractors or council officers.
