Asset Management System officer needed in london Ref 471637


This role will also assist the AMS Manager with the procurement and implementation of replacement AMS system(s) on a periodic basis. (usually every 3-5 years) Atrium is the current AMS system employed across Property Services – Strategic Property Services (SPS), Corporate Maintenance & Facilities Management CMFM). Its functionality includes: • The main database for all property information • H&S compliance monitoring and report (to meet Corporate Landlord Policy Requirements) • Servicing contract management • Reactive Repairs and maintenance • Contractor Management • Lease Management • Acquisitions and disposals This role will assist with all aspects of the system management for all above areas, including system administration working closely with IT to resolve any technical issues, upgrades, interfaces etc.. You will assist with the development, creation and implementation of any new policies and procedures required to execute any change within the system and will lead on Management Information reporting providing useful reports for various requirements to senior management. Shortlisting; This will take place on Monday 22 November Interviews: Thursday 25 November AM or Friday 26 November AM & PM Start Date: Anticipated to be somewhere between Monday 6 December and Monday 20 December
