ATA Recruitment is working with a market leading business that manufacture fully automated machinery and have service contracts with companies throughout the UK. The equipment they manufacture is complex and they have a large team of specialist engineers to service and repair the equipment out in the field.
Based out of the HQ in Leeds you will be responsible for organising and planning work for a regional service team.
- Organising service visits and prioritising breakdowns
- Scheduling engineers
- Dealing with customer over the phone and providing technical support
- Ordering machine parts (electrical and mechanical) purchasing and organising delivery
We are looking for someone that has done a similar role that involves organising and scheduling engineers
You must have come from some sort of technical background
Strong communication and administration skills
- Full product training
- A really interesting and challenging role
- Customer facing role with plenty of problems to solve
