Hello Education are seeking teaching assistants and support staff to work within a Darlington SENd provision with young people who are hard to reach or have a range of needs. The roles are available for start dates over the coming weeks, and involve working closely with students with profound learning needs, or behaviour that challenges. Ideally, you will have experience with Autism, or a background in Youth Work/Sports that provides you with experience working closely with young people.

You will be part of the secondary department, working within a well established team to provide effective support for students and ensure consistency is maintained - effective teamwork is essential for this role. Specific qualifications are not necessary for this role although you may benefit from a Teaching Assistant qualification or Team Teach training to help you respond to the needs of the students. You will be passionate about providing a high standard of education and support to young people.
