This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner to join a global beauty brand, where the customers’ needs are at the company’s core. You will be responsible for Sales forecasting, leading the demand review processes & working collaboratively sales managers to ensure that the sales forecast is accurate and meets each retailers’ requirements.

You will monitor the sales performance of all new products, assess the impact of promotions and identify and report on any significant disparities between forecasted sales and budgets or business plans.

This is a varied role where you will be the future vision for Sales, Operations, Marketing and NPD teams.  You are always one step ahead of the game, up to date with the latest trends, analysing and continually identifying new opportunities to improve the accuracy of future sales forecasts.

You must be proficient with software systems such as ERP, Demantra or SAP.
