Pensions Support Officer needed in Nottingham paying £11.50 per hr PAYE Ref: 51036
This role is working full time hours on a temporary basis
To support the Pensions Team Leader and Pensions Consultant in dealing with aspects of the financial administration of the pension schemes with payroll suppliers to provide, support in year-end reconciliation for the Local Government, Teachers and NHS pension schemes.
- To assist the Pension Team Leader in the update and reconciliation of ET rulings for pensioners, deferred and active members. This will include the correcting and collection of National Insurance EE’s and ER’s, pension contributions EE’s and ER’s, the reworking of Final Salary and CARE benefits, updating the Civica pensions database, liaison with NPF for member updates, revaluations and amended pension payments
- To review employee pay and service history, to determine the relevant calculation method and calculate pay figures, payments and estimated pension details for year-end activities, retirements and redundancies
