Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

* The negotiation and case management of complex planning applications, delivering significant levels of investment within the Borough
* The processing of planning appeals
* The provision of specialist planning advice
* Day to day management of pre-application processes or similar function within the area team
* Determination of appropriate planning applications under the Scheme of Delegation.

To be successful in this position you MUST BE: ·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department.

Role will be mostly remote with some site visits.
