Job Title: SEO Specialist 
Emp Type: flexible between 8.30-5pm & 9.30-6pm
Locations: Watford, North London

Salary: Up to £60,000

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our exceptional client’s marketing team as an SEO Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible in helping your team grow revenue and deliver a positive ROI for the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing SEO strategies that increase organic search rankings across international markets.
• Conducting keyword research to find new SEO opportunities.
• Optimizing website content, landing pages and blogs.
• Maintaining existing backlinks and gaining new ones
• Negotiating prices.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to share & gain insights on performance.
• Monitoring performance via tools such as MOZ, SEMrush, Google Analytics and Google Search console.
• Keeping up to date with any changes in search engine algorithms and industry trends.
• Reporting to the Head of Search and C-level management on performance.

Successful Candidates Will:

• At least 3-5 years of experience running SEO campaigns, ideally in the gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiar with tools such as MOZ, SEMrush and Google Search Console.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within our established team whilst also taking individual responsibility for performance.
• Have an interest in the world of digital marketing.
• Have a proactive and self-motivated approach to your work.
• Be familiar with paid platforms such as Google, Facebook and Bing ads - but it is not essential.
