Job Description:

We have a fast-paced internal sales role available for immediate start with great earning potential! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven for success and seeks a role with high, achievable OTE. The team is well established with a low staff turnover.

Our client is a contractor accountancy and are looking for someone with strong sales experience to join their team on a permanent basis. This top performers within the role are quoting 15 warm leads per day. Full training is provided with the option of hybrid working upon completion of training.


The Role

  • Build rapport with customers to encourage them to use the payroll services the business provides
  • Promote the benefits of the business
  • Resolve contractor and agency issues promptly
  • Focus on service excellence to contractors and agencies
  • Go the extra mile when speaking to clients to win more business


The Person

  • Proven sales experience
  • Can work effectively to independent and team targets
  • Can effectively objection handle
  • Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Knowledge of recruitment agencies and financial sales experience (highly desirable)


The Salary

£31,000 base salary (plus OTE) with 23 holidays per annum plus bank holidays. Regular team events throughout the year and casual dress, on-site parking, extensive opportunity for personal and professional development, and more.
