Complaints Manager based in Matlock, Derby and the hourly rate is £17.88ph

This is a full time temporary contract role.

The candidate needs to understand the role of children's services statutory complaint function and be able to manage the process. They must be able to work under their own initiative and be able to work in a busy work environments speaking to complainants and having a high level of communication skills.

Manage the complaints from stage 1 -3 of the statutory process and from initial to final response of the corporate process. Including triage and advising on responses.
