Senior Business Analysts understand and analyse user and business needs. They work with project /delivery professionals and scrum teams to identify, understand, analyse, and capture these needs.

You will be a leading member of a delivery /scrum team collaborating with all stakeholders throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

You will lead on the development of Business objectives and play a principal role in critical large scale and complex projects.

At the same time, you will help develop best practice, own stakeholder relationships, manage communities of practice activities and mentor others.

Who are we looking for?

We are interested in people who are natural leaders who are experienced in business analysis and can demonstrate working in different projects, using many methodologies.

Naturally collaborative team players who can use your skills to understand the business and user needs, through analysing insights, and knowledge.

We need good communicators who can present and facilitate outcomes visually, using modelling tools and techniques and can share best practice to others in the profession.

Leaders who are willing to be a confident and important member of the profession community.

These will be held on the following dates:

• Monday 22 November at 5pm
• Wednesday 24 November at 12pm

Responsibilities Main Duties

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead on multiple large and complex projects.

• Have functional and / or people management responsibilities.

• Help develop and communicate best practice.

• Create and own stakeholder relationships.

• Manage communities-of-practice activities.

• Use analysis tools and techniques to support large scale project and service delivery.

Essential Criteria


• Experience of Business Analysis

• Demonstrable knowledge of Analysis tools and techniques
