We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Manager to join a well-established and forward-thinking Dental Practice in Teddington, London

The surgery has a great reputation for its patient care and aims to provide a supportive environment for the development of all their dental team.

The role

• £30,000 per year depending on experience
• Full-time position available
• 3-4 days per week
• This is a great opportunity for those who have good knowledge of CQC Standards, clinical governance
• Excellent opportunities and progression to grow and develop your skills
• To run effectively the clinic financially managing costs and identifying opportunities to make improvements
• Great Knowledge in clinical systems and processes
• To support practices and staff in managing complaints and incidents and encourage an open learning environment that promotes good quality patient care
• Carry out Dentist 1-2-1’s and ensure an high level of engagement through peer reviews.
• Line management responsibility for dental receptionists and dental nurses, including responsibility for appraisal and personal development
• Run A&U Evolve, a development initiative for dentists.
