Minimum Requirements:

  • Undertake a full review of HR processes
  • Apply a structured business analysis approach and methodology for capturing processes and recording them
  • Elicit the tactical and strategic HR Transformation goals that provide traceability through the organisation and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance
  • Through process analysis and modelling define strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organisational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes
  • Using analysis define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data
  • Work with our Change Management experts to understand and manage opportunities, impacts and risks of any new change management initiative
  • Using business architecture and analysis techniques provide data and fact-led intelligence into the HR Transformation Programme and Business Case activities required to successfully deliver the HR strategy
