Business Support Assistant - 12 month contract - Christchurch - £11.50 ph PAYE or £14.55 ph Umb (Inside IR35)

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.

Clearance Requirements & Eligibility

SC + ITAR

This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working on site. You will need to obtain a Criminal Record Check. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct access to ITAR Material. Therefore we can only consider UK Nationals for this position. The Role

As a Business Support Assistant you will be working with your designated Executives and Team, ensuring the smooth running of their business/function by providing secretarial and/or administrative support. A typical day will see you providing secretarial support to local managers, capturing their requirements and ensuring these are processed. This could include diary management, travel arrangements and location planning and catering as necessary. You will collate papers and reports and support with ad-hoc activities requested by local management. You will also screen incoming emails, telephone calls and messages for your management team and redirect or respond to correspondence as necessary. You will also attend meetings and be responsible for taking minutes and communicating actions to attendees.

This role will be a hybrid working role, with part of the week in the office and part working from home.

Essential Skills

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

- Competent and professional phone manner

- Be willing to learn, or have experience with Payroll software and Expenses software
