Office-based role – (Socially distanced)

£20,000-£30,000 basic Salary (dependent on experience) plus commission plus bonus (OTE Earnings, Year 1 - £45,000, Year 2 - £80,000+, proven figures) 

Target for Company Car

360 Very Warm Permanent Recruitment desk, Dentists Division, established desk with existing Clients

Full Time Monday – Friday with early finish on Fridays

WHAT WE DO?
Our specialist recruitment consultants place Doctors (GP’s and Hospital Doctors) into private healthcare brands as well as directly into the NHS. It’s a rewarding and fulfilling Recruitment sector – you’ll be placing candidates who save lives for a living!

This involves sourcing candidates using our Resourcers, the existing database, LinkedIn, advertising and headhunting. You will be approaching clients to sign them up to our service and maintaining relationships with them. Account management of these and other Clients that may be given to you is also a key part of the role.

This is a warm desk opportunity for an experienced Permanent Consultant, with existing Accounts ready to be handed over.

ABOUT YOU

Strong work ethic required! This is not a regular 9-5

Previous experience in Healthcare recruitment is desirable but not essential

Permanent recruitment experience essential

Goal-driven, Money-motivated and ambitious
