About the Role
This is a broad generalist role offering excellent scope and exposure, partnering with business leaders, whilst supporting the overall people strategy. Duties include:
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders
- Advising on recruitment and future resourcing
- Working on employee relations matters
- Managing annual salary and bonus review processes
- Coaching managers
- Performance and Talent management
- Reviewing and presenting metrics
- Champion best practice
You will have previous experience of working in a management role and some generalist HR exposure working with business services groups in a law firm or professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the proven ability to influence change is essential.
