An excellent opportunity for a Property Management Administrator to join this thriving, successful, market leading agent based in Bournemouth. This exceptional brand has an established lettings business and is looking for a Property Management Co-ordinator who can take over a portfolio of managed units.

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, issuing section notices and dealing with general lettings administration.

The Property Maintenance Administrator requires excellent attention to detail and will be responsible for:

-Managing maintenance requests daily, from start to finish
-Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure the best possible service
-Screening contractor quotes and invoices
-Visiting properties and overseeing works
-Identifying and proposing property improvements to landlords
-Facilitating improvement works

The right candidate will be:

-Extremely organised and efficient
-Friendly, enthusiastic and assertive
-A natural problem solver and practically minded
-Detail-oriented and able to prioritise to meet deadlines
-Experienced in positive customer engagement
-Proactive and results driven
-Knowledgeable in maintenance and building works, desired but not essential.
