An excellent opportunity for a  Property Manager to join this thriving, established agent based  Bournemouth  This exceptional brand has an established lettings business and is looking for a Property Manager who can take over a portfolio of managed units.

The Property Manager will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.

Tasks for Property Manager:

· Dealing with maintenance queries
 Communicating with Landlords about their properties and any maintenance required/action needed
· Book in and attend quarterly property visits
· Create visit reports through software provided
· Liaise with contractors to authorise and arrange repairs
· Authorising invoice payments for work carried out along with administration needed
· Inspect completed repairs when required
· Dealing with all phone and email queries promptly
· Dealing with deposits and deposit disputes
· Chasing and allocating rental payments
· Organising property change overs (cleaning, gardening, maintenance, decorating etc.)
· General office administration
· Delivering high level of customer service

The successful Property Manager must:
• Have customer service experience
• Have previous experience within the property management sector
• Possess high levels of energy and drive to achieve their goals
• Be well spoken, articulate, as well as being able to communicate with all types of clientele effectively
• Maintain a calm, credible and professional manner
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have time management skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Have a full drivers licence and their own vehicle
