IT Support Technician - Up to £28k - National Company
I’m currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a a top 50 full service national law firm. The company currently use a managed services provider and are looking to move their support teams in-house. The successful candidate will provide 1st line IT Support to one of the 4 offices across the UK.
The IT department are currently going through a growth phase and now is a great time to come on board.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for IT Service Desk tickets (Incidents, Problems, Service requests).
- Provide support both remotely and in person (1-2 days per week in the office).
- 1st line support for both Hardware and Software.
- IT asset management for starters and leavers.
Experience
- Technical/hardware support for desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.
- Strong 1st line support experience with hardware and software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Salary
The salary bracket on offer for this role is up to £28k depending on experience.
Location
This role can be worked from one of four different locations: Oxford, Reading, Cardiff, Southampton. It will be 1-2 days a week in the office and the rest can be from home.
