Job Description:

We are recruiting for a company working in the wedding industry who are looking for temporary staff to join there team as Customer Care Executives. This is a business that is flying high and enjoying huge growth.

The role:

Customer support via telephone, email and online chat. This might be about purchases, deliveries or products.

Update our customers as things progress

Manage the customer inbox with responses within 24 hrs.

Liaison with external teams to ensure a great customer journey

The Person

Experience in customer service

A good level of computer literacy

A confident communicator with a excellent verbal and written English skills

Hours:

9 am to 5 pm,  Monday to Friday

Hybrid working - 3 days/week in office and 2 days from home

Salary:

£10 per hour.
