Technical Lead | Global End User | £75,000
Pearson Carters are currently Working alongside a London based Global End User who are a provider of market leading event organisation. They are a company that strive to be the very best in what they do.
- Take overall responsibility for the technical design and implementation of our new digital platform.
- Ensure the platform can scale to meet the growing needs of the business, servicing the needs of multiple communities
- Support the integration of acquired businesses onto the platform and understand the needs of existing shows and how these translate into technical design.
- Mentor the development team (based in India) building a high-performing culture and ensuring high quality, effective delivery.
- Review design, code and configuration changes to the platform and support an increase in throughput and quality
- Strong development and leadership skills.
- demonstrable production grade experience with standard web/back-end technologies.
- You have experience in stakeholder (internal and external) management
- You are results-focused and able to clearly demonstrate success via proven metrics
- You are apt at building working relationships across the business to facilitate the accomplishment of goals, leverage learning and share best practice
- You deliver presentations which clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas
They offer an excellent salary of up to £75,000 PLUS up to 20% annual bonus
This Global End User is based London; they can offer a remote role with 1 day office work p/w.
