My clients have an award winning network of 9 branches across the city and are looking to add to their already successful Property Management team with a Property Manager/ Senior Property Manager.

The successful Property Manager will have previous experience of working within a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager role. The role can be fast paced and demanding and therefore a good attention to detail and ability to plan your day is key.

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, issuing section notices and dealing with general lettings administration.

Essential:

• Previous property management experience essential
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
