A new role has arisen with a franchised independent client in North West London for a Property Manager to join their team covering both their Harrow and Stanmore offices. My clients are part of one of the most successful franchise networks in the UK and are keen to add a capable Property Manager who can take over a portfolio of managed units.

The successful candidate will have previous Property Management experience, ideally within the North West London area.  

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, issuing section notices and dealing with general lettings administration.

Essential:

• Previous property management experience essential
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
