My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the country. Working from their Alderley Edge head office, they are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Financial Director.  


The Role
- Providing general secretarial and administrative support to the Financial Director
- Typing reports and correspondence, arranging meetings, accurate diary keeping and file keeping
- Answering, screening and transferring calls as appropriate within the business
- Creating reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing supporting information for use during senior staff member / board level meetings
- Assisting the chairman with trust and charitable matters

The Person
- Previous experience in a similar role (essential)
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise with excellent organisation skills and general administration
- Professional telephone manner and the ability to take messages effectively
- Is well presented and personable, with a highly professional demeanour

Salary and Benefits
