IT Field Service Analyst – National End User – Cardiff - Up to £30,000

 

Pearson Carter are working with an established End User based in Cardiff. Due to their large-scale digital transformation, they’re looking for a IT Field Service Analyst to join their talented team in Cardiff.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to support up 700 employees and users on their MS stack and hardware. You should have a strong technical/helpdesk background along with strong customer service and communication skills.

 

Experience:

  • Microsoft stack experience
  • 1st & 2nd line support/helpdesk experience
  • Hardware support experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills

 

Salary: 

In return they are offering a salary up to £30,000 in addition to a strong benefits package.

 

Location:

This role is based from their Cardiff office 2 days p/w week with the rest working remotely from home.
