They are on a mission to raise safety standards across the hospitality and foodservice industry. With an extensive background in food safety consultancy, their current software and hardware technology has disrupted the industry as they aim to be THE safety solution in every kitchen across the world!
A small, but very well-formed business, there is room here for a strategic new business bad*ss to join their sales team and help put an end to their prospect’s struggles.
You’ll be consultative in how you engage and work with your customers, learning about your product suite and becoming an expert, you’ll use that knowledge to guide clients across multiple sectors including Healthcare and Education, getting to know their pain points.
You’ll need to be confident in new business, whilst being able to manage your pipeline. Their marketing team is AWESOME, and you’ll have an influx of leads every month to jump on top of (200+, to be exact)! You’ll be a demo pro, using your communication skills to engage prospects at C-Level management, and gaining all the info you need to get the deal over the line.
Strong relationship building skills are an absolute must because when you’re not speaking to prospects, you’ll be coordinating internally with the sales team. Refining processes, identifying strengths, constantly developing, and becoming even better at what you do! Personal and professional development is super important here!
They’re really looking for passion and drive (as cliché as that might sound!) so will be open to your background.
As a starting point, this is what they’re looking for:
- 2+ years SaaS sales experience (ideally selling to hospitality)
- Experience selling over online demonstrations
- Consultative and strategic
- IDEALLY a foodie!
Their office is based in Leicestershire, you can work remotely, and they’re pretty flexible on the salary too. Starting from a £30k basic with UNCAPPED commission!!
Salary: The basic salary is between £30 and £40k. The OTE (on target earnings) are £80k
Realistically, once you’re hitting target, you could be earning an extra £8k a month, so there is lot’s of money to be made here!
