Agile Recruit are looking for a high calibre individual, ideally with 3+ years’ experience, who wants to apply their passion for data, mathematics, and statistics in the role of a Business Insight Analyst in a high growth industry.

The Role:
Reporting to the Business Insight Team Manager, your main role will be to undertake data preparation and manipulation, data analysis, statistical modelling, and production of reports for customers from a wide variety of business sectors, therefore we require people with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggregating data from multiple sources to improve automated reporting, customer analytics and propensity modelling
• Build data models (improve personalisation & engagement) 
• Building systems and processes to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Understanding & experience of using industry knowledge
• Developing & maintaining reports and dashboards for several customers/sectors
• Creating new segmentations
• Share findings to internal and external stakeholders (presentations, video conferencing demonstrations & written reports)
• Working collaboratively within production and development environments with our customers to complete project briefs.

Essential:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience using SQL, Python, VBA or R in a commercial environment
• Strong communicator & interpersonal skills
• Problem solving
• Ability to work towards deadlines 
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and platforms
